It wouldn't be our adverts or the forum itself. Yes. This very often happens when someone has an avatar that's hosted by a site that has been blacklisted for malware or other potential internet security threats. In the GTA V subforum, there is no downloadable material hosted (yet), so an avatar hosted by a blacklisted site would most likely be the cause.
