Audiophile
One that works, hopefully. Dafuq kind of question is this? Whatever the hell you use to play other games, this isn't rocket science/a mission to the moon. 32' TV should be fine. TheJasonGallant
Honestly you all sound like the rest of Europe/the world are living on the moon,....32 inch tv, using 5.1 seemes new to you,....lol! Seriously, my TV in my room is 32 inches and if it would be bigger then that, my eyes would be bleeding.
Cjs3315
Any HD TV, about 24"-36" is perfect.
mike-commander
I got my 40" LED Toshiba (full HD) for $550 at Sears, even though I think you can get it for under $500 now. 40" is a great size, perfect for gaming, and the LED will really make those Los Santos colors pop. philley
For me 32 or even 42 would be too small for a distance of 2 metres,...
TheJasonGallant
For me 32 or even 42 would be too small for a distance of 2 metres,... Well, for me it's ok The TV that I have is pretty new and the one that I had before was smaller and I couldn't turn it off lol. It was broken. Also, the image was not so clean. So yeah, let's say that I dont have the same criteria as you. That's fine though XD

PetsOvernight
I have a 32" Sharp LCD TV I bought from my friend 2nd hand many years ago for a few hundred bucks at the time. Was a great deal then and is still an awesome TV for my needs. Minimum 32", but 32 should be plenty. As some have said, it depends how close you'll be to it and how big the room is. d3ex2
Depends on the size of your room, where you place the TV and where you sit. I have a 42" Samsung Plasma TV (1080p HD). I have no problem with it except if you sit too close you can see all the jaggies. I was thinking of downgrading to a 32" but my room is too big. I'd need a 50" I think. Maybe I'll stick with 42". ScottishHeist123
I have a 22 inch Samsung Full HD in my bedroom and it's great for playing GTA IV. However, I would agree with many here that a 32 inch TV is perfect. The viewing distance is key.
EDGE96
I don't know your price range... Saying that, I'd recommend a Full HD 32" LED TV. Probably with a thinnish, black frame; these will be good for focusing best on what is on screen. Along with preferably a non-reflective panel. Less glare is better. It is really quite off-putting otherwise. I'd recommend a Samsung. They're probably the best TV company out there. They have a large price range and range of TV's. I, myself just recently bought a Toshiba. It's fantastic, just that I'm not sure they have as many models as Samsung does. Hope I helped.
NoxiousWR
Depends on how big/small your room is and if you play other games too, also try go for one with a low response time I wouldn't go higher than 5ms I have a 42" Full HD Samsung that I use mainly to watch films and play casual games like GTA. But I also have a 24" Full HD Samsung Monitor that I use to play games like CoD etc. I'd recommend either really, but like I said depends on how big your room is. Mine is quite big so my TV looks right and I have room for another desk to use my monitor/second Xbox, if your room is small/medium then a 24"-32" should do it fine Edited April 28, 2013 by NoxiousWR
Macuvi
I always had a standard def TV and it's always sucked. Until one day, my amazing friend from childhood GAVE me his 46 inch TV. Why? He got a bigger one....kind of insane, I have no idea why you would need a bigger TV. But who cares, free TV. I was about to purchase my own 32 (big enough) because games wew making me go blind. If I had to spend money on one, I'd go with the 32 inch. Or, find am wealthy friend.
Sneakerhead.
I will play it on a 80-85 inch TV, so I don't miss anything. GTA V will be like a interactive movie once I get my hands on it.
richard1997jones
I have a 32" TV in my bedroom and that is a Toshiba. I suggest going to a shop and getting a reject. I went to a Toshiba shop and got a reject for £130 a bargain to say it was never even used or unopened. I've had it a year and it's still a bargin

Killerdude
Sony, Samsung or Sharp, Don't go any other way. But anyways, 32" TV's are apparrently best for gaming.
