Download button won't work GFWL

Hello,

I have recently bought a copy of GTA IV and GTA EFLC on GFWL.

Once I got them on their app thingy I could download EFLC perfectly fine I can also play it normally. However I cannot download GTA IV once I press the download button the mouse cursor briefly says loading but then nothing happens, I have tried many of their support lines but it seems that they are just for Xbox not GFWL. By this point I really don't know what to do. I have tried to reinstall GFWL however this also did nothing.

 

Help would be much appreciated.
