[TxT] You've Had Your Chips

I am replaying San Andreas and have gotten to the mission "You've Had your chips" and I have failed it atleast 50 times. I have tried every possible method ican think if and I always end up getting killed inside the warehouse. I have chucked 29 grenades inside the warehouse and still gotten shot and killed once I got in. And drive a vehicle in there and tried to run down the guys and ended up blowing up my vehicle and j couldn't get away fast enough. I can't believe I beat this mission when I was in fourth grade because I am about ready to give up. I seriously can't think of anything else I can do except for cheats. The amount of enemies is jut overwhelming.

 

E: just failed it 4 more times. I managed to clear out the warehouse and destroy the machines but then the backup wave that comes in absolutely rapes me into oblivion in about 10 seconds after they show up. On one of the occasions I managed to sneak out of the warehouse but got killed by a guy leaning out of a car shooting who I couldn't kill. I am getting incredibly frustrated and have no idea what to do.

Try stealing a Rhino from Area 69 before killing all the guards inside the warehouse. But make sure you went to the marker to go to the warehouse. That way, you won't get five stars in entering Area 69, since going to the marker outside the warehouse will disable wanted level.

 

I don't recommend using the tank to destroy the machines though, it also emits fire when destroyed. And tanks are not fire-proof.

If you want it completed right away, just post your save at gtasnp.com. Unless you're using a PS2.

I just use cover and rolling + Combat Shotgun/M4.

I agree; get a Rhino or achieve all gold ranks in pilot school to unlock the Hunter.

 

By the way, judging by this topic, you can upload PS2 files to the SNP website. However, OrionSR never said how.

 

OP: Do you use PS2, PS3, PC or XBOX?

Did you increase CJ's health by doing the Paramedic Missions?

Did you increase CJ's Body Armour rating by doing the Vigilante missions?

Did you make CJ fireproof by doing the Firefighting missions (you can then use Molotov cocktails and have no worry about CJ burning from fires.)

Even if you didn't do any of these:

Be sure you have the Body Armour.

Arm CJ with a Missile Launcher. RPG suggested.

Arm CJ with the M4 Assault Rifle.

Arm CJ with the Desert Eagle (and have Hitman skills).

Use Auto-Aim.

If your CJ is fireproof, start tossing MCs when you walk in.

Use the missile launcher to blow the machines (firing the RPG one between the machines will take out two at a time) the heat seeker will target machine automatically. I recommend the RPG for that reason.

The missile launchers are also excellent for taking out groups of foes.

Own Safe Houses to lose any Wanted Stars you might collect.

Don't Shoot Cops.

 

Mini-Gun, Silenced & 9mm pistols as well as shotguns get CJ killed, as they are not effective in close combat against multiple targets.

I passed!! I just sat outside the door for about 10 minutes picking off the guys inside and went in to get the ones I couldn't get. I lost a lot if health but stayed alive. And then I figured out that the second wave comes when you have one machine left so I back a car into the factory and destroyed all of the machines except one. When every one came in I hid behind the car and the unloaded on the car and when it caught in fire I ran away and lured the guys into the car. It blew up and killed them all. Them I snuck around to the door and killed the guy on top of the crates outside. Then I went back inside and destroyed the last machine and went back to the casino. I was causally able to do it with almost a full health bar. It took some time but atleast I past it. I was really starting to get discouraged.
