Okay, there was a pricing error on Amazon, they (a seller) priced it at $24 instead of $240 (all are at $240 or above on Amazon) so I snatched it up.

 

202 watts max, and 101 watts rms. 2.1 system

Anyone have it? How good is it?

 

For a computer system, those seem like very respectable numbers, and especially @ $24! ($27 shipped)

Should that improve sound quality over my onboard sound? Does it actually unload the audio from the CPU like dedicated sound cards do? (it says it does).

 

Do sound cards actually help a whole lot in the quality and performance area? (gaming wise atleast)
