Most hated GTA protag of all time poll

This is a poll for who you think is the worst GTA protag of all time, and tell why you think they are the worst. I added GTA V even though we don't really know any of them.

 

For me, it's Johnny Klebitz hands down, because I don't think he was cool enough to be the leader of a biker gang. I see him as a follower, not a leader. He just isn't a greatly written or drawn character in the GTA-scheme of things. Johnny is just too unbelievable for me. This is my opinion.

I voted for Niko because the type of character he was supposed to "be" didn't really gel with the type of GTA character we know they WILL be.

for me i hated jonny the most, his whole entire story wasnt that interesting to me and he seemed more like a bitch then anything

I pick Victor Vance. I just disliked how he whined about not having money despite the thousands you make with Empire Building. What's wrong with Johnny and Luis? I think Johnny is one of the most badass.

CJ, I simply hate some of his traits. But with that being said I wasn't the biggest fan of the story line, I felt that it let down what is a damn good game otherwise.

I never really understood why people called CJ a 'pussy'. Is it just that Catalina thing? I guess highjacking a plane in mid-air, trespassing a military base, and blowing up military jets isn't ballsy enough. He practically did the most ballsy missions out of all the GTA characters. It's not his fault Rockstar turned him out of character just to prove how psycho Catalina was lol.

He was such a miserable, moody prick with absolutely no sense of humour. I actually found myself rooting for his foes in the cutscenes. I really hope Franklin isn't the same, but judging from the 2nd trailer, it looks like he may just be. Hopefully not though.

i dont know how people can hate cj, he was a great character and i really dont see how he was a pussy really, as for luis, i like him alot, a person trying to progress out of sterotypes that define his culture and city

I must agree with the OP, Johnny is easily my least favorite to date, probably because the Lost MC dynamics felt very inauthentic to me. If Johnny and Billy were once best friends, it certainly didn't show. I would've actually preferred playing as Billy, who had a much better look and attitude (at least before getting pinched). Considering Johnny had a limp anyway, we might as well have played as a fat, dgaf kinda biker.

I should have worded it differently because I really meant that the two things contradicted themselves, how he would do badass sh*t then be scared when there was nothing he could do. I just didnt like that.

 

Edit: I don't hate him either but he is just my least favorite out of all the character I've seen.
