LotusRIP Posted April 29, 2013 Share Posted April 29, 2013 I still don't understand why R* gives us an explosion of information (like Nov. last year) and then keep us in the dark for months. It would have been better for them to give information in smaller amounts, spaced equally out until the release day. Maybe like 1 picture a week until release day, rather than 10 pictures in one go and then darkness for 2 months. Simple answer to this. If they released small bits of info regularly for 6+ months, we'd be sick of it by now. It'd be way too predictable and to be honest, I'd use the forums half what I do now. It wouldn't be very exciting - every week for months, another preview gets announced I'd be thinking "geez come on already... what's new...." Giving us a small burst of "high" and then periods of extreme "low" is a pretty good tactic of teasing us and maintaining our interest over a long stretch of time.
