Go play Assassin's Creed for Parkour, But it sure as sh*t is not something for GTA. So you get my point. The right way is your way. That's how it is for everybody. We all play it differently, which is what R* wants anyways. And maybe you're right about it not being for GTA. I don't think it should be fully implemented, but I hope there's more freedom with the movement. I guess we'll see what R* does. I suppose, But I still don't think Parkour is right for GTA, it just doesn't fit in anywhere, But I will agree, Smoother and quicker movements when doing basic sh*t would be nice. Do you think cars are in the game for "your opponent's". Some sh*t has nothing to do with your opponents. A lot of sh*t is just there to add to the experience. I am neither asking for nor am I expecting the parkour/movements to be Assasins Creed-esque. Just a more evolved version of the current form where the movements are more refined and smoother. I mean, GTA protags can do stuff that are Superman-esque, but when it comes to climbing and movement in general, they lag behind even the commonest of common folk. Is that going to take anything away from the game? Come the f*ck on! I am not asking for f*cking fueling of cars. Am I? Just something that adds to the game. It will probably make buildings that are non-interactive, interactive. E: Sorry if I come across as a hot-headed dude, but some of the replies here are driving me insane. I am not asking for something to be removed, but rather am just asking for a feature that adds a lot more to the gameplay. I understand different people have different tastes, but its pretty stupid for people to come in here and call Parkour stupid just because they don't like it. I think it would be pretty suitable for a GTA game and would add even more fun to it Then again I do not think Michael or even Trevor will look right doing it. The only way to get on the other said of any tall obstacle was to grab the top and pull yourself over but when it was too high you couldn't. I want to run with efficiency whether in pursuit or in flight. Casino Royale opening scene. The Shield 1st episode. Point Break. It doesn't have to be as unreal or artificial as Assassins Creed. It just needs the walking, running, jumping, vaulting, climbing and the transitions between them to be made a little bit more fluid and quicker which is something people have been asking for anyway because in GTA:IV it was still a little sluggish. Perhaps add wall jumps as an addition to the climbing. But otherwise keeping it basic, real and functional. As mentioned above Casino Royale's opening sequence is a perfect example of how this could be applied to a GTA game. Just think how much better the mission, "Ivan The Not So Terrible", could have been if Niko moved a little more fluidly and quickly.
