I can't think of another game where you can hit a bear with a car. Now I know some of these animals may not be in the game, but I'll just use them as examples. So... Let's say you hit a bear at 60mph, will it stop you more than if you hit a rabbit? Bears are big you know! Or like if you hit a horse will it's legs buckle and flip over your car? Or will it get launched just like a pedestrian. Or a helicopter blade to a shark? What would happen with the new physics engine and these animals? Rocket launcher to giraff (prob not in the game), train to a dog? THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS! SPECULATE!!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In far cry 3 I could hit a bear going full speed on an atv and the bear would go flying. This definitely gives me something else to look forward when the game comes out! I've already hit thousands of pedestrians with vehicles on GTA IV and GTA EFLC. It's time for the animals with their different physics now (since Red Dead Redemption really didn't give us much of anything to run animals over with). If I know Rockstar right, they have improved upon the animal physics, and it's going to be lovely... I can't wait to ram animals... ...I'm a terrible person. gta5freemode4eva Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 I would like it to be realistic but we could also have a cheat like animals go flying over the horizon when hit or float away or something or explode or are rock hard and you feck your car up. They'll go for realistic. I hope they do take into account like you say, the different sizes and weights of animals but again I think they'll sort something out. Like I'm sure there'll be dogs, bears, wolves, sharks, things like that. But will there be exotic animals? OR really rare animals like a chupicabra or some sh*t? If there's a zoo there will have to be strange animals. Maybe we will have more mounts than just horses like in RDR. Like a mounted giraff, or rhino. WHICH brings me to my next point! If we can mount horses, what happens when YOU ride a horse into another car in multiplayer. Sure the horse will go flying but what about you? I was looking forward to role playing as a man who works for fast food restaurant but I guess I can do both I want to put C4 on a cow, fire a gunshot so it runs away back in the middle of the herd and detonate the C4. Far Cry 3 comes to mind. It is only 6-7 months old, too. It is a new game. Although hitting people/animals with a car is not rewarding like it was in GTA IV due to RAGE and that other physics thingy R* used. Animals just slide under your car and you see some blood. Your speed and the size of your car mean nothing in Far Cry 3 on how the animal will fly when hit. GTA V will be a lot better in that department. I know some people like realism so they'll go for the exploding part, But personally I think one of the best aspects of GTA IV multiplayer was hitting people with propellers and watching them go flying.
