I did what it said in all tutorials/guides i watched/read but even if i do exactly as told, my sounds won't get replaced by the old ones. -I don't know the reason. -Btw, if this might have anyrthing to do with it, i can only install mods if i DRAG THE FILE I WANT MODDED TO MY DESKTOP. Example if i want gta3.img to be modded, you need to drag it to the desktop and then open it with imgeditor or else it won't work.
