Miro Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 Where do you have the game from? Are you using any mods or cracks? Do you play with the original DVD in your Drive? Have you tried removing the gta_vc.set file located in the Vice City User Files folder? What about trying to un-install and re-install the game? Tried to turn OFF Frame Limiter?
