I just love watching the peds run around with newspapers covering their heads trying to get to the nearest sheltering, how driving gets a tad more difficult (and makes for brilliant car chases), and also for just standing atop the Rotterdam Tower whilst " " plays in the background (or plays during a wild chase with Liberty City's Finest).
