Game freezes when I load my save

Ok so I noticed I experience a lot of freezing problems after I upgraded my PC. Though I don't think the upgrade has the problem, since it can run other games like Call of Duty smooth and good.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit(6. 1, Build 7601)

System model: To be filled by O.E.M.

System manufacturer: same as above

Processor: AMD A8-5600K APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~3.6GHz

Memory: 8192MB RAM

DirectX: 11

Page file: 2584MB used, 13768MB available

 

 

It's very annoying. The only mod I have is SA-MP but I don't think it has anything to do with the game. It's already a clean copy, I downloaded it from the net but that's not the problem. I have used that copy a long time ago and I only experience freezing now.

I have 2 copies, a modded one and an unmodded but even the unmodded tends to freeze. If that helps.
