Honest Bill Posted April 17, 2013 Share Posted April 17, 2013 To my eyes, which admittedly are quite bad, it is not clear that it says either Grove or Spoke at all. It ceratinly looks to me like there is an 'OK' and then an 'E', although there could easily be something else behind the wheel like an 'I' also there could easily be something else preceding it behind the water and the other wheel. It isn't obvious to me that the letter is either a 'G' or an 'S' it could be something else entirely. Also the second letter could be a 'P' or an 'R' in my opinion. I definitely thought it looked exactly like some Grove St tags from SA, but after checking it out through PS at 2300x1800 I'd say "Spoke" is the best guess.
