saintsrow Posted April 16, 2013 Share Posted April 16, 2013 I was thinking that maybe after the artists included jet planes / contrails and electrical transmission lines in the background of a couple of pictures, they got used to them being there, and the background sky looked empty and unfinished without them, so every time they bring a piece to the GTAV art editor for review, he says, "The sky is blank. Put some planes or electric lines or smoke or something in there. The picture doesn't look finished." As someone pointed out, it looks like the same plane image. And also it seems like the background art is done separately from the foreground art. It could be that the background artists just had a bunch of stock images they built, and they keep re-using them for all the backgrounds. Also, I think the blimp has been in a couple of pieces of art, so they have not forgotten about it completely. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In truth I love the idea of planes brought back but for those that want to have a camera in the cockpit and make it all precise, buy a simulator.
