Killerdude
Look at people, going and getting stupid sh*t into their heads, R* already had the date painted on the side of the building, I'm beyond certain that, that means that will be the date. Mark your f*cking calenders, Hell tattoo it on your body, September 17th will be the day we've all been waiting for. Stop acting like jackasses. neo92boi
As I said before mods deleted the thread along with my post. the release date is set and as stable as the Empire State Building. GTA V is actually basically done in essence. The problem is Rockstars polishing standards, and the amount of polishing that is needed. Dont know if you guys have noticed but as Rockstar has ventured far into expansive games like LA noire and RDR , bugs run rampant but there minute in regards to gameplay functionality. Like the out fit glitch in RDR, freezes in LAN. Being that GTA V is the most ambitious title they have ever made and the fact that its a GTA, they will have this game completley manicured, and immaculate by launch and they will have it no other way, thats just how Rockstar does it, and for this title it seems it had to take almost 8 months more to have a comfortable time table to clean the game thoroughly. So ill give us my interpretation of the timeline until launch: April - Boxart reveal, new screen shots and artwork (already out) May (LATE) - More Artwork possibly more indepth on Trevor and Franklin as Michael has been favored heavily in regards to Graphic art and screen shots. June (MID) - Registration of Official GTA V website with limited details, but more than we know now or better visualization of what we know as of current and possibly a map, and theme . Darkened Radio Stations. Registration of GTA V Social Club network and GTA TV. More to be revealed throughout summer in regards to the website. July (EARLY) - New radio stations added, and blips for different of LS and Space holders for Character vignettes. Countdown started. Trailer 3 teased. July (LATE) - Trailer 3 LAUNCHED. Final marketing artwork released including supporting characters such asartwork of Marlon, Michael's Son, and Trevor's Bitch. Maybe even Mike's wife and daughter, and Franklin girlfriend/sister dunno August (SCATTERED) - Trevor, Michael, and Franklin vignettes are released. Official map is shown. Official GTA V TV Spot is aired. August (LATE) - Game is rated and has gone GOLD. September 17, 2013 12:00 Am (EST. for me Im in QUEENS, NY) GTA V. is launched. gta5freemode4eva
Chances of another delay, 2 procent. Yes, I see we have created a new data set: Procent. Procent ranges from 1-10000000 procent. Here's the symbol for it: http://diablo.incgamers.com/wp-content/upl...2/09/Genius.jpg lol, mistake. 'percent' happy? Never. But in all seriousness, R* have it painted on the side of building and they keep stressing that the release date WILL be on September 17th. There won't be another delay. The best comment I heard from R*, it was on the news-wire section when they were replying to a fan asking about information and R* said "We only release information that is 100 percent (no pun intended) correct... this was after the spring + september release date! AtomicPunk
After a year of silence, R* gave the spring 2013 release along with posters, viewers and all that. Shortly after R* delays everything, including the release date until Sept. 2013. Was they sure with the spring date? At first it seemed so, but we know how that idiocy turned out. Is Sept. concrete? Hell no it ain't! I expect it to get delayed until Dec. 2013 or later. If not, then great! What the hell have they been doing all this time? 5-6 years for a GTA? That's ridiculous. God only knows how long before we get to see a next-gen GTA--Probably halfway through next-gen's life, and it will most likely be the only GTA we get for next-gen. R* isn't producing games like they should be. We should've had Bully this gen. Instead, we get a below-average version of Max Payne. I hate to break it to R* but the first two were miles better. Nothing is certain with R* except that we'll definitely get a line of horsesh*t, lies, and idiotic time frames(few weeks or so, ina bit, etc.,). Until it goes gold, we have nothing but time. Or that you've grown into an impatient troll who doesn't wait it out and carrying on with his life, if you even have one. Impatient troll? After 5 years, yeah, it gets a little tiresome being told that something's coming only to find out that it isn't, time and time again, not to mention the features that R* admitted they ain't puttin' in V, You sheep-R*-fan boy-nut lickers can keep saying: "thank you R*! may I have another, you're great!!!!!" all you want to, but there comes a time when somebody has to call them on their bullsh*t - enter me. I'm not believing their time frames anymore after everything that has went down this GTA. I remember the good ol' days when we got a new GTA in a reasonable time frame and it was fun anticipating them. Not with V. It's become ADHD delay. but whatever. We're all still waiting, so who's right?

Mário César Baldessar Moro
If the game will be released in 09/17 it's gonna be a miracle. Rockstar loves october to release GTAs and a new delay of a 2 or 3 weeks will be perfect to cause more polemic and expectation, the style of marketing that Rockstar loves. GTA_freakydeaky
There's gonna be another delay because you feel it... just like you felt it wasn't coming out in spring, also you have to look at the wording i knew long before they announced the delay it wasn't coming out in spring look at how Dan Houser was talking about how much they had left Q. At this stage in the process, what’s left to do with Grand Theft Auto V? A. We are editing, fixing, removing, replacing, adding, avidly. It’s the equivalent of, if you wrote a book, and you had two million spelling mistakes. And you had to do them by hand, in a language you didn’t understand. But once it’s working, you can sit there and watch the world go by. I still find that magical about them. You don’t get that with anything else. The life might be fake, but it’s still the closest we’ve come to a living artwork. I think that’s the core appeal of them. That doesn't sound like a guy confident on meeting a deadline did it? Until there's no more questions on the release date they'll delay it trust me it's not coming out September 17th
Druffmaul
I don't think there will be another delay, but I wouldn't be all that surprised if there was one. I can honestly say that I fully expected them to delay it from Spring 2013. But I was expecting them to kick it to Oct 2013. So when they only delayed it to Sept, it was actually *good* news to me! Hope it all plays out like you said. And I to am from Queens. Queens represent! Thanks bro, thats how almost every GTA release has gone from VC and UP. Expect to be blown away though guys, GTA V is nothing like any other GTA. Its literally gonna be the GTA where that "Can I ______ now?" question will almost always be yes. Stop Complaining because a dev company actually cares about there title and wont give in to early release simply because of consumer demand. IE: Battlefield, COD, SF X T, Saints Row III and IV GTA V is in line with games like, GOW Ascension, Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite, Last Of US, and Watch Dogs, hell even Gran Turismo (even though it sucked). Games that took time because the dev cared about you. GTA V WILL BE released September 17th, 2013 at 00:00 am GMT worldwide. Stop being scared. Its on a building for christ sake. Freezer89
^ Max Payne 3 and below average? No, not even close. But hey, it's your opinion. Currently the chances of an another delay are at 0 percent. In the worst case scenario it won't be a worldwide release on the same day (20th September outside of NA). If there were no delay at all in the first place the chances of a (first) delay would be over 50 percent. Or rather at around 90..
