They were saying Spring 2013 to the point it was on posters and adverts. They can and will delay it if they want to. Pray they don't need to. If they needed just a couple of months, then it's obvious why the delay takes four months nevertheless; summer is vacation time and not a good time to release a big title like GTA. Rockstar is a developer, they develope videogames for money and they want to maximize their profit. If they needed the four months which is the length of the delay, then another delay is still possible. Even if another one happens, I don't think that the final release would be more than a couple of weeks later than it is currently planned. Shortly after R* delays everything, including the release date until Sept. 2013. Was they sure with the spring date? At first it seemed so, but we know how that idiocy turned out. Is Sept. concrete? Hell no it ain't! I expect it to get delayed until Dec. 2013 or later. If not, then great! What the hell have they been doing all this time? 5-6 years for a GTA? That's ridiculous. God only knows how long before we get to see a next-gen GTA--Probably halfway through next-gen's life, and it will most likely be the only GTA we get for next-gen. R* isn't producing games like they should be. We should've had Bully this gen. Instead, we get a below-average version of Max Payne. I hate to break it to R* but the first two were miles better. Nothing is certain with R* except that we'll definitely get a line of horsesh*t, lies, and idiotic time frames(few weeks or so, ina bit, etc.,). Until it goes gold, we have nothing but time. Any further delays would push the release even closer to next gen consoles and I doubt take two or R* want their biggest release coming out in potentially the same month as two new consoles and loads of new launch games. Also there is a chance that the R* didn't really need the extra 4 months to polish up the game. Lets say they only needed 2 months they wouldn't release the game in July as summer is seen as bad window to release a game, hence the September release.
