Cash ( Steal the damn money), Carry (You carry the money and take it). It's a simple but effective combination. Very clever of Rockstar to do that. They are like warehouses where you can go in and buy items in bulk, which turns out cheaper, ranging from home goods to food/drink and all sorts. It's possible, although I think they are generic fillers to keep the GTA cover tradition. It's possible to argue that the bike falls into that category, but it's give or take as a bike isn't always there, and a lead character is on it.
