I am confident that these will be shown in Trailer #3 Hopefully you can gallop on top of cars, rocket launcher in hand. Me too; I like the idea of riding around on the horse using my RPG. Not too sure I can escape a cop interceptor, however, when I am on horseback after lighting up a downtown traffic jam with a couple of RPG shots. It was fantastic, although how would the horses react to getting hit by a car, for example? and in red dead, because of its early 1900s setting, horses were more suited. 73duster Posted April 15, 2013 Share Posted April 15, 2013 It would be AWESOME to be able to ride horses in the game, but I highly doubt it will be available because It just seems like a programming nightmare to have horses and automobiles react realistically in a crowded city environment. That farm...it must have horses...hollywood might have you think they're a thing of the past...but that's just make believe! I'd rather be in some jacked up 4-wheel drive personally. But I think horses should be in. It would be fun to ride one through the ghetto flipping people off. That's all, IMO. We don't want to turn GTA into Red Dead. Even in modern countrysides there are farmers using horses. I bought this up in a similar thread awhile ago, but who WOULDN'T want to ride a horse down a busy Los Santos highway running from the cops? How does that not sound amazing?? That's amazing but, at 4-6 stars, your horse would've been gunned down by heavy gunfire then. A good choice for Novelty, yes. But, just like the Bicycles, it's a bad choice for a cop chase.
