Luccie1997 Posted April 15, 2013 Share Posted April 15, 2013 (edited) Hello forum! It all started when I wanted to re-install EFLC, this went O.K. After that, I wanted to start EFLC, and GFWL asked me for an update. I did this, rebooted the game, and GFWL asked me again for an update. This went on and on for about 5 times, when I noticed GFWL got stuck in this Update Loop. Now I have tried to install the EFLC patches manually, by downloading these and starting the TitleUpdate.msi. But when I try to install them, I get an error from the installer, which says: "Installation failed. Run the setting to install the update.". After that, when I click on O.K. the installer just disappears. It also doesn't work when I try to run the TitleUpdate.msi as an administrator. When I try to install the patch with the normal setup.exe (also as administrator), this goes O.K., but when I check the version of EFLC.exe afterwards, this still is on 1.1.0.0, the version after a clean install. I have already searched on google about solutions for both problems, and I found some solutions which have seemed to work with other people, but not with me. That's why I try it on this forum. PC Specs: Win 8 64-bit Intel Core i7-3770 12 Gig DDR2 RAM AMD Radeon HD 7700 series Help would be much appreciated.
