It was used for the annual forum awards in previous years for people who voted for themselves.

Then why the f*ck am i on it? 2010 i only joined last year

Apparently this years awards were also meant to have a hall of shame but was scrapped for whatever reason, it includes people who voted themselves in 2010, 2011 and 2012 since it was never fully completed. Also OGA stands for Official Gang Alliance.

You're in it because you voted for members in the best group category. Also the Official Gang Alliance is a forum where all members in an official group can take part in. I believe it is now known as the Official Gang Forum.

Because you're in the Members group and you voted for your group in the Best Group category for the 2012 awards.

 

Ignore the banner at the top that says 2010. That has not been changed since then.

 

As for OGA, that's just a collective term for all the official gangs of GTAF.
