Should Vortex from SA return?

This is one of my favorite vehicles among the Novelty Category.

 

I miss this Marine Vehicle. It'd be fun if they made it return in V.

Of course they can. They just won't go anywhere once they are.

 

It would be cool if it was one of the expensive "toys" that Houser was talking about in the GI article.

If it is in the game, let's hope it won't explode after it hits a wall going 0.5 cm/h, like it did in San Andreas.

This was the sh*t! Gliding off the ramp at the top of Mt Chiliad and taking about 30 seconds to land, than going straight from water to land, if this doesn't return or a better version of the vortex I'll be utterly disappointed!

We have a Submarine, Train, Many Planes, BMX?, Loads of cars and trucks and who knows what else so this might be possible. I used to fly off buildings with Vortex in SA and I would want to do the same in V.

It'd be pretty cool. I certainly wouldn't be dissapointed if it's not included, though. If it does come back, hopefully it handles a bit better.

Of course they can, Planes can fly on the ground except everyones to chicken to try it out.

If they do add it, they should add an elevator to the back, so it can fly like a plane (I know, very Saints Row-ish). It was fun to drive the Vortex off the tall skyscraper in SA, and float it to the ground. Only thing is that it only had rudders. The vehicle itself was very arcadey, why not add an elevator to the back, to extend those lofts from buildings at least a little longer. Whether or not you could control it for long, I would want it
