I know there is a "Top 5 cars in garage" topic, but I'm trying to see what would be the first car you'd buy... or something like that. Discuss... ----------------- The first car I'd buy would be an Audi S7 Quattro. Preferably in white or a dark silver with a white interior: Reasons Why: It's just perfect for me. I could buy something over the top like an Aventador or something super expensive like a Mulsanne, but this is just more me. I love it's looks, I personally find think it's one of the most beautiful four doors in the business - call me crazy. Yes, the back end could have been better but it doesn't really bug me. The interior is lovely, especially in white, and has a lot of useful tech, it's obviously very comfy. I could see this as my most driven daily driver if I were real successful. It looks great, and has good amount of power. The Germans aren't really my thing. BMW does make good driver cars, but they are ugly as sin. Mercedes, doesn't have anything I like, except for the G class. Audi also doesn't really have anything that I like, except for the RS5. The other two American companies don't have anything like it, will besides Cadillac but I like the look of the Charger more than the CTS. 018361 Posted April 22, 2013 Share Posted April 22, 2013 I'm not sure of it's specific name, but there is a ford truck that looks like it was from sometime between the thirties to sixties that I would want to buy from my grandfather. There is also a fish truck from around the same time period as the other truck. I would buy them and have them restored to as close to original as I could get. I would also buy myself a large garage to keep all of my newly acquired vehicles in because there is no way that I would be stopping at just those two trucks. Other than that I think I'd probably just go for a really old Mustang -- maybe a version like this: http://ford-mustangclubofacadiana.com/yaho...0384628_std.jpg Apart from that I think I'd probably just splurge on random expensive vehicles, maybe get a few bikes to ride around my huge grounds. Although having said all of that I've always dreamt about being rich but not letting on -- in a similar vein to how Warren Buffett and his wife always eat out at the same diner -- so maybe I'd just get the Stratos and keep my little Corsa for everyday driving... On: The first car we bought (like a family car) was a Range Rover Evoque, Great car to drive around the city with. Myself i bought a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Epochal (my very first car ever) And now i'm looking at a chevy camaro, Always been my dream to own a real muscle car.
