epicluca
So theres a thread that I reported because the poor guy misspelt his own name in the title, then the same guy just turnt his thread into a load of pointless crap but obviously I couldn't report it because it had already been reported, which is why multiple reporting would be helpful. Andreas
I would say that a multiple-reports system is not really a good idea, especially because of sections like the GTA V forum which is highly active, as you know. The staff receives a ton of reports on daily basis and it takes quite some time to going through them. Introducing a system that allows you the report an individual post more than once would only make it worse. If the topic creator is bothered by the typo in the title of the topic then this certain member can PM a member of staff to ask to change the title. [Edit] I didn't realize that the topic was created 6 days ago. Sorry. Miro
^ That + the fact that, if you really feel the need to report the topic / post yourself, to make sure that everything you wish to cover is covered, you can simply report the second post / the post below and target the report to the above reply. In your case, you should have reported the posts that you said to have "turned his thread into a load of pointless crap" - this way, it's a lot more specific and the staff can analyze the case better. Arsen Vitiuk
If everything else fails, however, you still have the ability to contact a moderator or a board administrator via a Personal Message and report a topic and/or a user this way... Arsen Vitiuk
But Girish said: "PMing staff is not recommended." No matter what Girish could have said to you, there are situations when this is crucial. I remember sending messages to the staff when previously numerous reports of the topic in the course of two weeks weren't helping the case, and only then did that topic finally get locked down. If we were to live by every letter of every rule, we'd sink in deep sh*t now, believe me. You have to be creative as to when to break the law and be able to get away with it. But it takes time to figure. So, in conclusion, sending a Personal Message to a Staff Member is the last resort. When everything else fails. And I believe that is a necessary thing to do in such a case.

If it's an urgent matter (excessive rule breaking like spamming, trolling, posting porn, etc.) that has not been dealt with inspite of a global mod being online, then you can PM him to get his attention. Or just PM Knife as Waddy has suggested. He's available 24/7 even if you don't see him on the online users list.

I'll keep this in mind if a situation like this occurs again... Which I honestly hope will NOT happen!
