Incognito Mode (Just do missions at a simple difficulty, no need for hunger or anything like that) Criminal Mode (Police are tougher, missions are difficulter, money is tighter) Fugitive Mode (You need to eat, no cheats, everything is way more expensive, missions and cops are tougher, minimal health, pay taxes on owned properties) But R* never do difficulties so this is unlikely.
