in no way does that elude to the fact that they are scaled the same, and rockstar said pre release of rdr that it was twice as big as san andreas so im going with that. just my opinion though... oh and rockstars opinion... the maker of the game...

There is no other source on the entire interent for the quote that RDR is twice as big as SA. If that was actually said, I think you'd be able to find it on multiple sites.

 

Take the RDR + IV + SA, 3.5 x RDR, and 5 x RDR statements and find the numbers that will make them all work.

 

RDR can't be twice as big as SA. It can only be smaller.

The fact that you can't find that quote any other place on the entire internet suggests that it's a misquote. If he actually said that, it would be on multiple sites.

 

Like I said, find the numbers that work with the statements about the size of GTA V. They only work if RDR is smaller than SA.

Rdr area=6,25 sq miles.

I just come to measure it by running exactly 1mile. The travel stats are accurate. So I ve taken a ppicture of the map and the running distance was 470PX: after i ve filled the map with some 1 mile squares and i've found a total playable area of 6, 25sq miles. So gta5 area=22sq miles max

exactly. the only way to get an accurate scale that way, is to run the same exact speed on the same exact terrain

thats complete bullsh*t. ive never heard two different people tell me the same dimensions for a map of a game. nobody f*cking knows. everything is a guess. not to mention the fact that you ignore all evidence that suggests anything other than what you believe. for all means, prove that was a misquote. prove cj and marston run different speeds. the same group of dipsh*ts that tell me the in game measurements across different games in different decades are consistent is telling me the protags run at different speeds now? you guys are ridiculous!lol red dead is bigger than san andreas. sorry about it
