I remember I think a summerspecial of a games magazine back in 2006 I believe that this game was announced. Now it looks really REALLY cheap in my opinion. Not interesting at all. The cheesy kind of stereotypical biker vibe it has is cool... but not interesting or something. Well, I guess TLAD from the Episodes of Liberty City is still going to be the best Biker game ever. And you can tell how cliched and simple the plot is just from that second trailer. That voice acting is a joke. It's a biker game, put some f*cking grit into it. I'll just repost what I said in the OGA topic. ---- In case anyone was wondering, Ride To Hell is a terrible, terrible game. It is so bad that it's actually kinda good, in a bad way. I remember being really excited for this when it was announced a few years back. I envisioned a badass, drug laced, late sixties open world biker adventure in the dusty southwest ala Easy Rider. Instead, I got driving so linear that the game won't even let you turn around or come to a full stop. I'm getting way more entertainment from how sh*tty it is. Did I mention long ass unskippable cutscenes and lots of sh*tty QTE? Well, now I did. So much promise, such a clusterf*ck. With sh*t like this, you don't even need a zombie mode. It was a good idea but it just seemed to flop in the end, they certainly did try to take inspiration from TLAD but TLAD is way better than this. From the looks of the images of him outside riding his bike...it looks like there will be a little bit of free roaming which concludes it being a possible sandbox game. Or at least partial, it could be mission based but still have the ability to mess around a little bit maybe....kind of like Assassins Creed, which is mission/quest based but they allow you to pretty much run all over the place. No it's Rockstar Vienna, read a little history, after being closed down when they were working on ManHunt 2, they re-opened under a different name and operated solo for a few years not releasing any games, they were eventually bought out by Deep Silver and renamed Deep Silver Vienna, where they've been working on this game since, which actually started production back in the Xbox 1 days! Damn, closed again, they never catch a break. edit: After reading up, no wonder this game is so crappy, it's pretty much been rebooted like FOUR times, the Vienna studio were the ones who came up with the idea for the game and started it back on Xbox 1, but damn, someone must hate them!
