In that exact same panel of the GTA IV boxart, two guys are fighting in a cable car. Correct me if im wrong but you cant even ride the cable cars in IV And let's not forget the fingerless gloves eh. Except you can actually ride the cable cars. It's just like the subway. Hmmm... i'm gonna have to check that out. Volition went "too crazy" though, and now I can't see the series living much longer. They messed it up. Here's the funny (actually sad) thing about Volition. Pretty sure they featured in cutscenes in the GTA IV trailers too, still didn't get them. However, I think it's a safe bet that they'll appear this time, I doubt they'd include them in promotional material if they hadn't solved whatever problem prevented them from being in IV in the first place.
