Yes, open the file "neons.ipl" inside the folder data/maps/neons from the mod. Open it using notepad or notepad++ or any text editor and replace the contents with the text above ↑
Hopefully I didn't forget to remove any dff files from it.

Hi all, I've tried testing this mod out on Xbox.  I still use my old box for games like vice City on Xbox. 😀

 

It only loads to halfway which I think implies a missing model issue or conflict??

 

I tested this out on a vanilla PC version first since PC and Xbox are almost the same in file structure. It loads flawlessly with no hassle or extra files needed so as most mods on Xbox go it should load too on Xbox. I always test the mods on vanilla unmodded vice city PC first then go to Xbox.

 

I hex edited my xbe to give me the same values as limit adjuster so should be no issues there. 

 

Now, I know this is a PC mod first but even when editing just the IPL and ide files to only load just ONE neon it still refuses to load. 

 

Anything us xboxers could do? Is it done weird conflict with the dff, (maybe need converting?) In theory it should be loading the same as PC.
