I guess you are right, but i don't know, never went to Las Vegas to see it for myself. Regardless i think a few more neons in Las Venturas wouldn't hurt, and honestly would look cool as heck, even if it doesn't match the real life version . Regarding billboard neon - won't fix, unless someone edits the model(i don't want to put billboard model also because it's not timed object). Anyway nope, no gta3.img, you basically just need to paste data dir from the zip into your game dir and add a few lines to gta_vc.dat, the readme explains everything fairly well. I add the data file in the root directory, so the neons folder shows up between all the other map files. Then I added the required lines to the gta_vc.dat file, the link below shows the file with the added lines.http://pastebin.com/YaT9i3vA I also installed the latest Open Limit Adjuster. But as mentioned I get an unhandled exception while the game is loading my saved game or new game, this was tested on a unmodded Vice City.
