No emails after story completion

I completed the GTA IV story a few weeks ago and ever since I haven't been receiving emails. It's a problem as it means I can't be with Carmen, Kiki or LiberatedWoman(cant remember her real name).

 

I play on xbox360, any ideasof hwo to sort this out?
