GTASAddict
Let me guess; you clicked on the links posted by that French spammer who was advertising porn? You're gonna have to specify the source of the "virus".
Ryan
Get an anti-virus program. Free ones such as Microsoft Security Essentials, AVG, Avira, ect, are fine. Run a scan. Once you've done that, download Malwarebytes and run it. Not sure how the virus will react to you visiting those websites. If it attempts to block you, try booting up into safe mode. Barguast
You'd be better off posting here in future; http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showforum=73 The 'error' is fairly distinctive, so you can also Google that for other afflicted people asking for help. It looks as though your HOSTS file may have been hijacked Search results for "this website has been blocked because of your recent activity" Moved

Shoumaker
I downloaded something You may have downloaded and installed third party software which has blocked your access to some websites. Could you try uninstalling what you downloaded from the internet. You should find it in 'Programs and Features' in the control panel. After you open that you should find a list with all the installed programs in your laptop, now double click on what ever you installed and there should be an uninstall option. Red XIII
I tend to only download stuff if it has a comment section about that download, or if you definitely know its a trusted site. Any sites that claim to have something that sounds too good to be true, its most likely a virus. Hope you weren't naïve enough to download what claimed to be the 'GTAV BETA'. Bad.boy!
What kind of virus was it? That page doesn't look google style, and downloading and running an application as an admin is also strange.
