Even the ability to throw cash out the windows during a high speed chase would suffice. Where I'm going. If this time its all about the dollar then shouldn't pedestrians react when in view of money? The second that a cop hits his lights and starts chasing you, the protag should start automatically reaching into his pockets, throwing stuff out the window. That would be cool.
