ive been searching for a house mod for gta sa (replacing cj's house) and came across this:

you can get it from Here

this is what ive done: added all the files in gta3.img including the ones in add folder.

Did you rebuild the archive? What's your game version? Further more, what did you do?

 

I recommend to replace the original file rather than adding, which can reduce the tendency to crash.

but the files in the ADD folder dont match any of the ones in the gta3.img. Unless there is a cj's door file.

I didn't rebuild and where can i find my gta version?

If you don't rebuild your archive, the things won't show up or crash your game.
