I've gone for Map, even though I'm excited a bout a lot more than just that, the greater the map is the more vehicles, aircraft, weapons, missions etc you'll have (or should have) so in a way the map encapsulates a lot (also I am just really excited about the map!)

Not really, as gameplay means...well...gameplay. Things like graphics, music, animals etc, aren't exactly considered part of your first hand gameplay, but rather things you experience as additional details while playing your game, if that makes sense

I just want a whole new city to explore. Between the redesigned Los Santos, the countryside, and underwater (since we've got a way to explore down there now), I get the feeling that this world will put GTA IV's Liberty City to shame.

Well, Los Santos city itself is apparently about the same size as the entire IV map. So just imagine playing IV except with more interiors, a huge explorable ocean AND a huge countryside with mountains, rivers, lakes, little towns, military base(s), farms and who knows else what!!
