First time we ever had animals in a gta I say they go big or go home Let's face it, the jetpack was a pretty lame idea. It was fun for the first few minutes, but it got old quickly. Anyway, If Rockstar added a zoo that can be unleashed on the city they would get sued out the ass by PETA or some other organization claiming that it was some sort of over glorified animal abuse. I mean, Rockstar was getting in trouble because of the drinking in IV. Rockstar is ballsy enough to do something like what you said, but it's still highly unlikely. Also PETA will not say anything about a zoo in the game, in FC3 you could shoot open a cage and have the animal attack people why cant you do it in GTA?
