please give me some tips for easy flying(planes).i am using pc version.also what is the recommended button configuration for controls that are used in flying?

Just use W,A,S,D keys.

 

Use Up arrow to "dive" or go down and Vise-Versa.

Usually you already want to take off, so stay in a straight position then press down. Then close those "take off wheels" when you are about to take off.

 

IMO, best way to start flying is by flying a helicopter. Then when you applied your skill in flying a helicopter, you can also excel in flying a plane.

 

Try first in flying a Shamal. That's the balanced plane in the game. I don't recommend a Dodo because its too slow.

 

 

 

gta 3 flying is harder that i even treated the dodo as a car, screw those short wings

(Aircraft) FLYING BY KEYBOARD;

DEFAULT Controls:

Enter – Enter/Leave Vehicle -- (pick-up burglary items)

Arrows Right/Left. Bank Right/Left.

Arrows Up/Down Climb/Dive

A or D Bank Left or Right

W increase throttle (When held also allows plane to climb naturally).

S decrease throttle

E turn Rudder Right

Q turn Rudder Left.

NumPad + raises/lowers Landing Gear.

NumPad 0 or Left Ctrl fire Main Rockets.

Space Bar = Lock on Target.

HUNTER Left Ctrl or NumPad 0 fires Machine Guns.

HUNTER Right Ctrl fires Rockets.

HYDRA Left Alt or Right Ctrl – Launch Defensive Measures.

HYDRA: NumPad 8 sets thrusters for Forward Flight

HYDRA NumPad 2 sets thrusters for Hover Flight

OTHER Aircraft: NumPad 2 Look Down

OTHER Aircraft: NumPad 4 Look Left.

OTHER Aircraft: NumPad 8 Look Down

OTHER Aircraft: NumPad 6 Look Right.

VIEWS: - V cycles through Long, Short, Personal, and Panoramic Views.

 

If you don’t hold a key the Aircraft will/may maintain normal level flight.

Don’t over control, do use light taps until you get comfortable.

 

Use of Parachute:

Left Ctrl to open Parachute.

Up Arrow to skydive fast (arms close to body)

Down Arrow to slow skydive (arms away from body)

A/D or Left/Right Arrows to rotate Left/Right

No you can’t tumble.

 

I suggest getting a Generic uSB 12 button Gamepad such as the Logitech Dual Action . Not a console game control.

 

Steal the Shamel (jet) at the Los Santos airport. Practice flying it. Then the Dodo (prop).

You can jump the gate house to get in.

 

I don't believe in Cheating for playing the game. But, use JUMPJET to get the Hydra to Practice flying it, DON'T SAVE after you do.

I think it is very much easier if you're using the Num 6 and Num 9 for raising and diving.
