Let me gather a few notes and pictures. 69 Truck Stop Undrowning Zone This undrowning zone of the southeast corner of Flint county is quite large, unrestricted, not too deep, and provides easy access to beaching in Los Santos. It's a good choice whenever possible. The fire marks the spot, - molotovs only work if they fall on dry ground The area is rather high so approach it close to the bottom or the fall might hurt. This area is unrestricted and allows easy access to Santa Maria beach. In fact the entire lot with the "69" truckstop (the S most building on the map) and the bit of grass directly N of it is unrestricted too, so you can go there by aircraft. The road is restricted so if you want a vehicle you need to entice a vehicle to get on the grass to get it (piss off a cop in a Ranger for instance). You can't get the cars out of truckstop without triggering 4*'s Panopticon Mill Undrowning Zone This zone is fairly large, but is extremely deep. Be sure to turn on the frame limiter before making the dive. The chain game saves have a vehicle dedicated with Phreak's name plate that spawns in this location after it is unlocked by one of the schools. If you are having problems finding the right spot you might try one of the late game CG saves and then just swim at the vehicle. image by GTA Phreak Panopticon Bridge Undrowning Zone There's also an undrowning zone under the southwest end of the Panopticon Bridge. The CG saves have an NRG spawn on the thin ledge -- because bikes don't sink and I have a nasty habit of falling off that bridge. This zone is fairly small and not suitable for undrowning vehicles, but it isn't very deep is pretty close to the Mill zone. SF to LS is easy, Santa Maria beach isn't very steep so i can get back from water to surface without problems, but terrain around SF is so steep i can't do it vice versa... is there any exact spot to do this in SF+countryside and LV+bone county? Hey to LV I have done it in a very small beach near the Dam but only with a no cops exploit as I was unable to undrown it directly and had to push the vehicle still underwater into the land. To SF I have never tried it since most of the vehicles can be crossed near the bridge on Santa Maria Beach. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Here's one spot I can recommend. GTA Phreak might know of some better spots. You have to gain some momentum though when trying to go above water. Drive to where it is closer to the bridge as the slope there going up is manageable. You can drive on a flatter terrain when you reach the grassy portion of the side of that road.
