I'll use Michael for peaceful free roam and Trevor for rampages. I don't know what to do with Franklin yet.

I think to discount one before even playing it is daft. In San Andreas, I expected to end up hating WuZi - thought he would stir the sh*t, but he turned out to be cool. I think it will depend on what you can and can't do with them, so far, it looks like Trevor and Michael can fly, but not Franklin - flying is a big part of free roam fun, but not at the beginning, so Franklin could have access to sports cars that the others don't, that may sway my decision. As it stands no, I picked Trevor because he is all about the carnage.

I'll be using Michael primarily, he probably seems like a nice, respectable person to most - Lives in a big house in the rich area of Los Santos, but what they don't know is that every night Michael (me) is out killing hookers and dumping them in the forest or feeding them to the Sharks (if that's possible).

Once I beat the game im gunna franklin a vast majority of the ttime and trevor maybe a snippet if the time, im just gunna spend my time trying to cook up a way to brutally kill micheal while using franklin then later on when im not ammused with trevor and his silly antics i will prbably assassinate him with franklin that way franklin will be the main protag

Honestly, I think it's because Michael & Trevor are complete opposites of one another (one is calculating, the other is crazy). Franklin is just... there. I however think Franklin will balance out the other too. He's always placed in the middle in the artworks. Could be R* showing us that he's going to be "stuck in the middle" of Trevor & Michael's constant arguing. Maybe he will be the one to always defuse the situation?

 

But yeah, I am excited to play as Franklin too. It's going to be interesting seeing him try to adapt to a new lifestyle.

ive been playing the the gta 4 + liberty city stories pack alot lately-switching between the three characters since they all have different advantages/opportunities over the others.

though I think Luis was kinda lame personality wise he had the coolest hook ups + the parachute-

the lost and damned dude had back up whenever he wanted

and niko ofcourse had more access to places/people+options..

 

so im sure each of these characters will bring something valuable to the table. and im sure Rockstar will make it so that everyone loves and appreciates each character..

 

 

I do feel like there are alot of people counting Franklin out because he's black-then again- i understand that Michael and Trevor have the classic alter ego thing going on.. so yea.. i cant wait to play this f*cking game already

I think I'd be playing with the three (randomly), specially when I would be exploring the city, as [for example] Michael resides in the affluent area of Rockford Hills, while Trevor's living far away from those parts of the city in the countryside. But I might just use Trevor more at the beginning, since he has access to planes early in the game.
