Anyone can start a trend, if you have enough followers using the same hashtag you will get something trending. Anyway, I tweeted a few memories. Lots of things randomly trend, currently trending worldwide is #BeliebersPutas... there is always a bieber trend and its just fans causing buzz with the hashtag. There is nothing, unfortunately. As someone has mentioned, if you have enough followers and they do the same and their followers do it aswell.... and so on, you have a trend.
