Hello guys..i have a problem..my pc run gta IV very slow..can you give the best commandline.txt or tips to gain fps and faster gaming

this is my pc spec

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7 CPU @3.10 GHz 3.10GHz

8 Gb Ram

Vga:NVIDIA GeForce GT540M 4GB

System Type: 64-bit Opertaing System

Os:Windows 8

it only run at 20-35 fps..please help me

 

(Sory for my bad english sad.gif Im Indonesian)
