leaflinks
Hey there, I wanted to ask especially to anyone on the board that is over thirty years old and owned a Personal computer in the early home desktop/web access years on whether they owned this game developed by David Koenig's Gigawatt studio and Published by a UK, English based company, Gremlin Interactive. Both companies are long gone. It's just one of those late 90's games which did pretty poorly in sales I owned it on the PS, it was quite a challenge on that console as there isn't any benefits that the PC had which were, cheats, and save where ever you are feature. So anyone here off all ages played this game? It was a very unpopular game, poorly designed, but since it was the only one to be released with the MIB theme Only of this particular genre, there was the exceptions of crash down which I think isn't that good. I own two PC copies which I bought for one penny, they are in the original box set which was a little different from the US release. I thought the second mission was okay. The last two were repetitive in the enemies.
Chukkles
I remember walking around an ice station that looked a lot like were "the thing" is set. It was hard and awkward but I liked playing it, I don't think I ever passed that level which may have been the first.
leaflinks
I remember walking around an ice station that looked a lot like were "the thing" is set.It was hard and awkward but I liked playing it, I don't think I ever passed that level which may have been the first. More than a hundred views and one reply. The first level is a little based of the film, the character John Edwards checks out a robbery in an apartment. Once that mission is complete, a comic style video is played. Then it starts at the MIB HQ, then the second mission is the Arctic. When I first got to that level it took me a while just to work out what to do. I personally think that mission is the success of the game. The enemy theme is the same in the mission three, and four. It just gets boring. It never made platinium on the PS, I don't know how many would of been sold for both systems Europe wide or North America. Probably a few thousand. Since I have the PC box set, the sticker on the inside of the box £29.99. Far too expensive. I think it was sold for $20 in the states. The CD is contained in a black box with a plastic moulded section for the jewel case which it sits in. Thats why I asked for anyone who would be older as it's such a 90's game for an 800x600 resolution or something. Not sure what it was in 97. The room beyond the other room with the lamp on the floor.. The player just has to press x on the PS controller or space bar on the keyboard to get of the window. Walk down the fire escape and jump into the trash disposal and kick it open, but before that very quickly kill the two enemies before they deplete the player's life. For what system? As for not completing it to be honest, their wasn't anything exciting about it to complete. Gigawatt's success was the second mission because it was fresh and unique going on from the first mission. Everyone will have their own view about a game's levels and the rest. Ash_735
I remember this game, I briefly had it at one point on my PLAYSTATION ONE!!!! That's how long ago it was, and yeah, it was terrible, I remember being stuck on the first part alone because I couldn't figure out where the bomb was in the apartment and I kept thinking i saw an Alien shadow near the window, etc, creepy. The cult status game needed a lot of patience! Unfortunately its the best MIB game out there, nothing competes with it in it's own theme. Crashdown sucked, there was a couple more released, most recently a FPS on the PS3 for MIB 3.
Chukkles
If this game was updated for current consoles, I would defiantly spend my money. I was too young to persist with it all those years ago. Oooohh, a downloadable version would be sweet.

Oh boy, this brings back memories... I got the demo of this game on a CD that came with a magazine and I couldn't get past the first mission as well. I remember I had a couple of friends over who tried and they couldn't do it either. Finally, I gave up and never got around to it again. The lack of internet at the time didn't help either.
