The Pizza Delivery Guy
We have three protagonists: Michael: Middle aged man living it up Trevor: Brawny back roads man Franklin: ... Apparently no one cares about Franklin but he's black so it's okay. All of them look easily susceptible to greed. Will it affect them? Will they betray each other for more money? Racecarlock
You'd think for one game we'd have our main enemy be a proactive police chief or particularly good police detective or something. I mean, why can't I be the villain instead of destroying someone worse than me yet again because crime is apparently fine unless someone betrays you then they're evil because they betrayed you? GTA-King
I see Michael as a man who cares more about the adrenaline rush rather than the money (which I find to be more dangerous than being greedy). Trevor seems like a guy who is loyal, so I don't think he would betray anyone. Franklin however, he's the new fish. Seeing all that money after their first heist might change him. He's been described as the ambitious one. Greed & ambition go together like peanut butter & jelly. Would be great if Franklin turns out to be just like Big Smoke in terms of selfishness. I can totally see that happening based on the info we currently have.
Matty
I can not see any of GTA V's three protagonists betraying the others IMO. The reason being is because GTA V's storyline is intertwined around each of the three protagonists; as opposed to each individual protagonist following completely different storylines. As a result, one protagonist outright betraying the others really just wouldn't work from a storyline standpoint IMO. With that being said, I can see greed playing a role in GTA V's storyline to a certain extent - but not so much so that it causes one protagonist to betray the others; mainly for the reason I mentioned above. Drive_ByShooting
I think micheal is the one most likely to betray as he is within the realms of organised crime. Trevor i think just cares about the trio sticking together and getting the job done. Franklin i think he will do what he is told but he may have a controvercial view on life (a bit like Niko in GTAIV). But i don't think any will betray because they all have different aspects that they bring to the trio in order of them all to work properly. kesta195
The one thing I am sure of is that Trevor wont betray the other two. Michael might because of his links to the FIB, and Franklin might because he is the ambitious up and coming one of the group, and would be easily tempted if a better source of income became available to him. But I believe that one protagonist might betray others. Seeing their personalities as a hint could mean possibilities that a protagonist betrays another protagonist(s).
