I mean that would be f*ckin stupid if they didnt, they should have tattoos that you can buy and customize. Such as Trevor having tattoos of death and fire on his arms, or Franklin being muscular as hell with tear drop tattoos and pictures of guns and his neighborhood name tatted on his back. Or if you can run a gang all members can get tattoos representing rank, and they can influence other neighborhoods. I mean whatever is your cup of tea the possibilties are endless. In the artwork with him holding the baseball bat with chop you can see it. And going back to the original topic, Trevor has the "f*ck you" tatoos on his fingers and the "cut here" tatoo on his neck. It was OK in SA, because R* weren't all that serious back then, but since IV they are really trying to make characters serious and tell a story...do I get my point across or does this sound weird?
