Are you good looking? Strong or big? Got charisma? Got milk?

If you have non of these things, then I'm afraid it's going to be a horrible menial job that pays very little and makes you hate yourself. But look on the bright side, at least you're not doing a f*cking GED, uuurgh could you imagine that?

The only way I can see you going is either doing low skilled low paid jobs such as working in the Service sector, Retail, Factory, Warehouse etc etc.

Or making it as self employed business man. Investing in shares, Setting up a business, Making money from Music, Art etc etc.

Or join up as an infantry men but you need to be pretty physically and mentally robust for that.

For some reason, I think the author of this post actually has a GED/High school diploma and is just saying he doesn't.

This is actually a project being conducted by a psychology major at University.

To create discussion and see what others might say.

I don't know. Maybe he's just THAT stupid.

I would never hire anyone not willing to finish high school. No matter what the job is. How can I count on someone who's so lazy and possibly too stupid to get a high school diploma? It's something that literally billions of kids around the world go through every year.

Become a politician.

That position doesn't seem to require much qualifications, well at least it doesn't appear so anyway.

I might be flying Cessna's up north to the rigs for work and making $4000/month with free boarding. Ever think of that OP?

Do forklift jobs pay well in your area?

People will say 'get an education now'. f*ck that, get your high school diploma and start working manual labour. When you're older and have cash saved up and have discipline, get a degree and work a desk job. Start a business. Get that degree when it's most relevant in your life.

I think people don't give very good advice and that the best comes from within. You have everything you need and you may not even know.

It's not always about the money, remember this. Be more focused on finding what you love to do. When you relentlessly pursue your passion, the money will come. People will pay for it

Your young, no need to rush this. You got it!

Most people would agree at least a High school education is essential; therefore, I think a better question is: "what jobs require no college education", right? College is ultra expensive & student loans are ripoffs.

Not everywhere though. In Canada or even Europe it is much less expensive.

Dude, it's one thing not being able to get it. But the fact that you won't even put the effort in is what makes you hopeless. You're not even 20, and you know better than people who DO have diplomas? Kids in third world countries would, f*cking literally, give up an arm to be in your position. You're not going to get a job w/o it, that's why no one is giving you suggestions. Do you have any idea how many people have a diploma that can't find work? Now take away the diploma, and any jobs opened will overlook them for someone with it. Every time. Unless you have any skills (automotive, plumbing, ranch hand, artist, or even singing good) which you don't, you're gonna be working like a horse for sh*t pay until you die. IDGAF if you get the diploma or not, im just telling you why you're not getting the responses you want. If you could succeed w/o a diploma or trades, everyone would do it.

You also won't be saying that when you have kids someday (whether you meant to or not) who have to grow up in the hood all because you were too lazy to get a real education....

In case you've been living under a rock politically, one of the biggest issues in this country is that only those with "legit jobs" can cover these expenses due to the help of their employer while the average Joe just has to suck it up.  It's really sad.  Too many people think like you in this country at a young age, and then jump on the "blame the rich for my poverty" bandwagon later in life.

Why do you do this to everybody? You jump to conclusions and plan out people's lives as if you have a crystal ball. Unplanned kids just because he didn't get a GED? He can make something of himself even without a GED if he wants to. And here you go again with accusing people of blaming the rich even though he's not talking about the rich. And "legit jobs", people in the trades can make more than people sitting in an office if they do it right.

OP - People here have listed quite a few good paying trades. Look into them and see which works best for you. I volunteer for Habitat For Humanity in my spare time, see if there is a location near you and volunteer. You'll be working next to professionals in their trade which will help you learn, and help you decide. If you show that you're a fast learner and a good worker you can start to pick up work with the other volunteers on paying jobs.

Might I suggest booking a few anger management sessions before embarking on your career goals?

That other guy was only giving you a few tips to guide you on your way. No need to go all Manson on him.

Dude, open your f*cking eyes. You're talking about others kicking you while you are down, but you are overlooking the painful fact that you are down.... because you f*cking chose to be down on the damn pavement. How far do you expect to get in life without some damn good luck and miracles? You will not get very far because I can tell, that you CLEARLY do not have any f*cking confidence in yourself to even get a damn G.E.D man. I just do not understand it. You can sit your ass and be on a internet forum, but you cannot put that same effort into trying to better yourself, and your future? You should not want to be the type that seeks out various handouts just because you are in a situation that you put yourself in. You just sound like a damn failure by saying "I'm not getting a G.E.D so don't tell me to do so."

Everyone in here answered your question, just not in the way that you wanted to. I may get warned for this post, but I really just hate when people complain about something, and the sh*t they are complaining about is caused by them.

Why the f*ck are you asking which jobs require no education? Stop being a hardass to us and just finish the damn school, otherwise your only options will be flipping burgers and moving boxes on MINIMUM wage.

People who drop out always use Bill Gates as an example. They tend to forget that he didn't drop out of high school or just any university. He dropped out of Harvard, meaning he was smart or savvy enough to get in in the first place.

you're right of course.

but it's not entirely misguided as examples go.

the general point being that you don't need a diploma to be successful.

obviously Bill Gates was very intelligent regardless.

You are kind of right, but obviously having a diploma basically guarantee's you an excellent job. No qualifications just gives you a nightmare although you could somehow get very lucky if you find a decent labor job, either way, it's best to get qualifications. It's not the same situation as Branson or Gates though, they are smart c*nts who dropped out of BIG universities.

And so did Steve Jobs and Michael Dell

Both are drop outs.

Here is the logic of this thread: "Forums that require no registration. I'm not signing up".

Would someone say that? Of course not, so why would someone say: "Jobs that require no education. I am not getting a GED"?

Enlighten me; for I am baffled.

I'm not telling you to go back to school. I'm telling you to take a test and get a little piece of paper that confirms you're not retarded.

I dropped out of highschool, and just took the test. I didn't have to take any classes, I just had to show up for the test. What's the harm in doing something that could better your life? There's going to be a point, later in you life, when you're going to wish you had gotten it. But by then it's going to be much harder because you've spent all those years forgetting everything you learned in school. Like I said before, the test is not expensive or difficult.
