That is nice. @Oysterbarron, I jumped over to Europe East 1 and pulled up your friend info and saw your private region 'OBS' and tried to claim the other city. It said it was private/invite only, but I wonder if it will give you a notice that I had attempted/request entry? When you get into NA E2 you can just bring up my info and hit the games tab to find the Cape Hope region. I've had the game since launch and so far just been playing in my own private region. I have 3 cities up there thus far. One with 53k citizens and another with 90k or so. The other is kind of just "there" for garbage collection and so on. Has anyone else had issues sharing utilities between regions? I can't get garbage trucks dispatched to my third city from my second - though it shows that trucks are being sent from my second city to my first. Also, my 90k population city has a department of education, utilities, and safety. This is shared with my second city but not my third even though it's the same region. I am guessing this has to do with all the server issues they have been having lately? Which I haven't had any of by the way. I've been able to log in every single time I have tried and I have never had issues with getting into my region. Once you connect to the server we're playing on (Europe West 4) you should be able to click the friends tab and it should show us playing in the GTAForums Region 1, then you just join by claiming land.
