hall90 Posted March 6, 2013 Share Posted March 6, 2013 (edited) you might be missing something small and that's holding up the storyline. Make absolutely completely sure that there are (NO) mission icons on the map. Go take your friends out on the town, build up your like levels. Give it time and the phone should eventually ring and get moving again. Sometimes a little green person icon appears on your map, and if you highlight it it says 'friend'. If you go to that place on the map, theres a person you talk to and do a small mission for. I've heard you can not advance from some sections until you do those, but not sure how credible that is.
