That's actually a Shamal which was is a plane that already existed in GTA San Andreas. We don't know, but probably, yes. There is also a screenshot where you can see trevor flying a big plane, which has a big chance of being a cargo plane. It could be for a specific mission, we don't know yet. But i think yes. We were able to fly the AT400 (boeing 747) in SA, look how big that was.
