No vehicles in the city.

Hello. So i have some weird problem goin on and it's happening first time,it mean's before that never happened. So i just wanted to run gta iv and i came out from my safehouse outside and no vehicles around,even my parked. But i saw only vehicles driving very far from me,as i saw the lights,but when runed to them little bit closer,those vehicles just disappeared.. I don't know what is the problem,last time when i played it was okay,so please help me! i need some response asap. Thank you.

Also post your specs (I assumed you're playing it on PC), what version you have (DVD, Downloaded from Steam or similar site) and are you using any mods or cracks. This additional information will allow people to help you in even better and more accurate way.
