Eazy 357
Being developed by UK studio Echo Peak, the game will come out on April 23rd on Xbox Live Arcade, Playstation Network and on mobile devices (iOS, Android.) Official website: Link Teaser video: Screenshots: Screenshot 1 Screenshot 2 The game is a rhythm-action brawler in which you match beats to Snoop Dogg's music in order to beat up enemies, with each level designed around a different Snoop track. It's built, according to Ciaran Walsh, director of developer Echo Peak, "around [snoop's] music and love of '70s Kung Fu and Blaxploitation movies." The game features a character named America on a quest to avenge his murdered girlfriend. America accomplishes his goals after learning the way of the Dogg at Snoop Dogg’s temple. Quotes from Snoop Dogg, or Lion or whatever: "Way of the Dogg is the first true gamification of my music," Dogg added. "It's the way you live, it's the way you do what you do and captures the beat, the rhythm and the spirit of my music. It's not just about who you are or where you've been but where you are headed to." "This game shows how we evolve as individuals and they've incorporated the journey of my own personal reincarnation as Snoop Lion into my character, the environments, and the path that players have to follow," concluded Snoop Dogg. I thought so too when I first read the article at Gamespot.. it's weird since his name has been changed to Lion for like 2 years already I believe. Hence he even appears as Snoop Dogg in a couple or rap songs recently, and got his Reincarnated album coming soon as Snoop Lion. Eazy 357
Official release date announced as April 23rd, it will come out alongside Snoop's new album and movie ''Reincarnated''. And to make it clear about Dogg or Lion, Wikipedia reports that Snoop Dogg has been advised to cease calling himself Snoop Lion or risk a lawsuit from the Rastafari Millennium Counci. Back to topic, I'll wait till when we see more footage before I take a decision about this game. I'm personally a fan of Snoop and like his music, but the price tag will have the final word on my decision.
